Your custom artwork will be printed on high quality white 120gsm peel and seal envelopes that will add a real feel of quality to any stationary project. These custom printed envelopes are ultra white wove with no internal opaque and are available in the following sizes.

  • C5 / A5 (162 x 229mm)
  • C6 / A6 (114 x 162mm)
  • DL (110 x 220mm)
  • 155mm Square

Choose from high quality printed C5 envelopes, printed C6 envelopes, printed DL envelopes or printed 155mm square envelopes. Simply select the size you require from the drop down box above along with the quantity you require. You will then need to upload your artwork by clicking the 'upload image' link below the quantity box.

Please note that your artwork must our requirements. If your artwork does not meet our requirements we will be unable to print your custom envelopes. If there is a problem we will get in contact with you, so please make sure your contact information is up to date when placing an order.

This product is a bespoke made item and cannot be placed on a timed delivery option. Lead time can be 3 - 5 working days. We strongly recommend you request a sample before placing an order.

Only required a small amount of envelopes, so this was 'Ideal' to be able to purchase 330 envelopes in 3 colours. As there were to have an Image and wording printed on I was concerned as to whether or not the envelopes would be suitable for this. Well, I was absolutely delighted with the quality and the printing was done with no envelope jams. Delivery was also very speedy and items well packaged. Excellent email communication to ensure accurate placement according to Post Office guidelines and samples to proof read and approve prior to printing. Dispatch within 24 hours. Artwork Guidelines

We would like you to follow this guide so that your order can be processed with no problems and without delay!

Once you have placed your order with us, we will check your artwork to make sure it meets our requirements. Should there be any problems we will contact you and explain what the problem is and give assistance if required. Once the problems have been corrected and checked by us we can go to print!

If there are no errors with your artwork we will go straight to print. You will receive confirmation once this has been completed and dispatched.

We require your artwork to be at least standard print resolution which is 300 DPI. Our envelope printer is capable of printing up to 1600 DPI.

We advise you to convert your artwork CMYK as our printer uses this method for printing.

  • .jpg,.png,.gif,.ai,.psd,.pdf
  • 300 DPI High Resolution
  • CMYK Colours (Preferred)
  • In the correct size (see below guide)

Artwork sent to us for printing must be in the correct size for the envelope size you are wanting printed on. The sizes should be as below:
