In light of recent events we would like to assure you that as an e-commerce company, we are still able to dispatch orders as normal. However, please see below changes to deliveries.

• You are not able to collect from our warehouse. This has been removed as an option at checkout temporarily and we will restore this once the situation has changed
• DPD ship to shop is temporarily unavailable - Orders can only be delivered to full postal addresses only.
• Please make sure that the delivery address you enter at checkout can accept deliveries. Once despatched, goods that cannot be delivered and end up at the local delivery depots are now being returned to us at extra cost. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on all costs to our customers for wasted journeys or failed deliveries to closed premises.
• Several European countries have issued closures for some areas, affecting deliveries of goods
• All deliveries will be contactless meaning that a signature will not be required. DPD will leave your parcel on your doorstep, knock on the door and step back until you accept the delivery.
