Your custom artwork will be printed on white C4 envelopes that will make your latest campaign stand out from the crowd. These custom C4 envelopes are designed to fit A4 size contents unfolded and are ideal for sending documents & letters.

You will need to upload your artwork by clicking the 'upload image' link below the quantity box or you can design using our online editor.

Please note that your artwork must our requirements. If your artwork does not meet our requirements we will be unable to print your custom envelopes. If there is a problem we will get in contact with you, so please make sure your contact information is up to date when placing an order.

Please Note: Prices are based on 40% coverage - There may be an additional charge depending on your artwork in which we will contact you.
This product is a bespoke made item and cannot be placed on a timed delivery option. Lead time can be 3 - 5 working days. We strongly recommend you request a sample before placing an order.

I would like to order the custom printed C4 ultra envelopes - My artwork is double sided is the online cost for printing both sides of the envelopes?

The price is for only single-sided printing. We would need to quote for double sided printing. Could you please email us at printing@ideal-envelopes.co.uk with the quantity, envelope name & artwork and we will provide a quotation.

Artwork Guidelines

We would like you to follow this guide so that your order can be processed with no problems and without delay!

Once you have placed your order with us, we will check your artwork to make sure it meets our requirements. Should there be any problems we will contact you and explain what the problem is and give assistance if required. Once the problems have been corrected and checked by us we can go to print!

If there are no errors with your artwork we will go straight to print. You will receive confirmation once this has been completed and dispatched.

We require your artwork to be at least standard print resolution which is 300 DPI. Our envelope printer is capable of printing up to 1600 DPI.

We advise you to convert your artwork CMYK as our printer uses this method for printing.

  • .jpg,.png,.gif,.ai,.psd,.pdf
  • 300 DPI High Resolution
  • CMYK Colours (Preferred)
  • In the correct size (see below guide)

Printed Envelopes Size Requirements

Artwork sent to us for printing must be in the correct size for the envelope size you are wanting printed on. The sizes should be as below:

Envelope Size in mm DPI
C4 229 x 324 300 (Higher if possible)
