How to Shop
Confused?

Here at Ideal Envelopes we try to make our website as easy to use as possible. We do understand however, how confusing
online shopping can be. That's why we have introduced our new help portal.
Please see below a step by step guide on how to fully utilise our website and all of it's features.

                   
   
                   
  This is the home page. The first page that you will see when you enter our website. You can see on the left hand side our Product Categories. This where you will find all the different products we have to offer.  
 



 


 
                   
  Once you have clicked on a category, you will then be taken to the product listing page. This is where you can see all the different products we have to offer in relation to that category.  
 



 
 

 
     
 

For this example we will use our C6 White Envelopes. At this stage you will need to decide how many envelopes you require.

1 - Unit Price
2 - Quantity within the unit
3 - Unit Quantity
4 - Add to Cart Button

 
 
 
  To tell us how many envelopes you require you will need to drop down the 'Quantity Required' (2) box and select the pack size. As a default it is set to 50 envelopes. When you change this option, so will the price. The price that you will pay relates to how many envelopes you require. This price is displayed in bold (1).  
 
 
 

Our C6 Envelopes are broken down in to pack sizes listed above. The price that you see in brackets relates to the added cost, which is added onto the base price of 50 envelopes.

 
 
 
     
 

Once you have selected the require amount of envelopes you will then need to add it to your cart. This is so we know what and how many envelopes you need. You can do this by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button (4).


 
 
 
     
 

Once you have added all the products you require to your shopping basket, you will then need to view your cart for a final review. This is where you can remove and amend the products that have previously been added into your shopping basket.
You will find this in the top left hand corner of any screen. Click on the 'View Cart' link to me taken to your shopping basket.

 
 
 
 

 
 


 
     
 
This is where you can amend or remove products that you don't wish to purchase. Once you have made sure that you have ordered the correct products, simply click on the 'Check out' button in the bottom right hand corner.
 
 

 
 

 
     
 

This is our login screen. We require our customers to have an account with us for added security and customer records.
If you already have an account with us then simply enter your account details into the 'Existing users' field.
If you are new to our website and require to sign up for an account simple click on the 'New User?' option.

 
 

 
 
 
     
  For this example we are going to act as if we don't have an account. Simply click on the 'Open account and check out (Customer)' link. This will take you to the registration page, this is where you can enter in your details that we will process along with your order. Once you have completed all the required fields and made sure that these are correct click on the Continue button in the bottom right hand corner.  
 

 
 
 
     
  This is the screen you will see when you have successfully completed all the require fields in the previous registration form.
Please just double check all the data and make sure everything is correct. When you are sure that the details are correct please click on the 'Continue' button in the bottom right hand corner of the website.
 
 

 
 
 
     
  This is the payment screen. This is where we require you to enter your payment details into our secure online payment gateway. It is very important that these details are entered in correctly so that we can get your order out as soon as possible. When you have entered your details, simply click on the 'Continue' button in the bottom right hand corner.  
 

 
  If there is any problem with the details that you entered, our website will tell you. It will then ask you to re-enter the details. If we can still not take payment due to insufficient funds, it will then cancel the order.
 
   
 
 
     
  This is the final confirmation screen. This is just to make sure that you have entered everything in correctly and ordered the correct products. When everything is in order please click on the 'Continue' button in the bottom right hand corner.  
 

 
     
 
This is the last stage. You will now get a confirmation email to say that we have received your order.
We will keep you updated at all times, throughout the whole process.
